Bridalsbrand.com takes garments order in the form of sizes and measurements. Bridalsbrand.com will not be responsible if you find any inaccuracies in your custom order as per the measurements you provided. Our policies are very strict and we take pictures and videos to keep in a record the measurements of the dresses before sending off the order. In a case of any misfit, we will check the records from our library. Please note that we will not accept returns of the custom order. We will gladly change defective and inaccurate dresses in accordance to the measurements provided with a free fix.
Return and Refund Policy:
At bridalsbrand.com we want you to feel delighted every time you shop online from our site. Please carefully read some of our return policies for other items.
• You can return the items if they are sent incorrect or defective.
• You must have to provide a written reason that why you are returning your product.
• You can return the items within 7 days of delivery time.
• Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.
• Used items will not be returned.
• Items having stains, water marks, perfume scents or any kind of marks will not be accepted for exchanges. No refund for handling and shipping charges.
How do I send my product to Bridals Brands?
After submitting return form, you will have to courier it to us.
How do I track my return status?
When a customer returns a product, we provide a tracking number. When calling for to track the status of the return, the customer needs to mention that tracking number.
How long is the quality evaluation process?
The return process takes some time to complete. When a customer returns a product, the product is evaluated by our Quality Check team to check the problem with the product. The process of evaluation and refund may take up to 10 days.
Is my product under warranty?
Bridalsbrand always delights to give you the best quality and meet your requirements. Warranty may or may not exist. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
