How to return a product?
It is advised to read our return policy before you return a product to us. It is to make sure if it is eligible for return. After acceptance, you have 7 days to return the product to us.
How much time do I have to return a product to BridalsBrand?
You can return a product within 7 days after receiving it. It is our policy that after 7 days, we do not accept products for return.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
You should have the proof of purchase, you should tell us a valid reason for return, you will have to follow the return method, you will have to tell us the refund method, and you will have to fill the return form at the time of dispatching the product for return.
How do I send my product to Bridals Brands?
After submitting return form, you will have to courier it to us.
How do I track my return status?
When a customer returns a product, we provide a tracking number. When calling for to track the status of the return, the customer needs to mention that tracking number.
How long is the quality evaluation process?
The return process takes some time to complete. When a customer returns a product, the product is evaluated by our Quality Check team to check the problem with the product. The process of evaluation and refund may take up to 10 days.
Is my product under warranty?
Bridalsbrand always delights to give you the best quality and meet your requirements. Warranty may or may not exist. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
